Process Serving
Our Process Servers act across the UK, Europe and the rest of the world in all matters of Process from Statutory Demands and Bankruptcy Petitions to ASBO's and Non-Molestation Orders etc.
All Process Serving assignments will be undertaken on a fixed fee basis.
We offer three levels of Process Serving Service:
1) Standard Service:
This service will have an Agent attempt service within 2 days of receiving the documents. An Affidavit or Certificate of Service is provided as per instruction.
2) Collection Service:
Here we collect your documents personally from either your office or the Court in question. Service is then concluded as per the Standard Service Procedure.
3) Same Day Service:
This service allows for us to serve the documents on the same day we receive your documents. If required we can also collect your documents from any location within the UK free of charge*
We will serve any Court Papers and Legal Documents throughout the United Kingdom for a fixed fee and if necessary, will make multiple visits to the address when required to effect service.
To instruct us all you need do is post us the papers for service together with a copy of the documents should we need to exhibit them to an Affidavit or Certificate of Service together with any specific instructions. Alternatively, if emailed copies can be served, then we are happy to receive via e-mail to print off and serve.
The vast majority of instructions are dealt with and managed through our Head Office giving you a single point of contact. Our Head office will allocate your papers to our local process server nearest to the address of service. If there is a need for urgent need for same-day service we can arrange for the papers to be sent directly to the process server in the area of service.
